That said, in my experience as a Central Kansas Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My Background....

I raised my family here in Central Kansas. Now enjoying  2 sons and their families. Coming from being raised on a Farm all my life, and having livestock and the grain farm, this continued into my married years with Farming experiences.  I was  active with our Church & School functions as Sons grew up,  High School Rodeo, besides having Roping Livestock and Horses for competitions we sponsored, also was active in the Kansas Elk Breeders Assoc. for about 10 years, along with  raising Elk.  Our family is very active in Hunting and Fishing. One Son redoes car bodies (auto) and the other one redoes animal bodies  (taxidermy) and Guides. God has blessed me in so many ways.  So fortunate to live in the Land of the Free and in God we Trust! After kids were almost thru with school I ventured into the Auction business, being a cashier / clerk for many years, then progressed later to  Central Ks. Area Manager ( again covering over 250 miles in and around Wichita)  for the Cross Reference Business Directory, (traveling over 40,000 miles a year) when R.L Polk wound down, I went into Real Estate, and have enjoyed it ever since. Two years into real estate I obtained my Associate Brokers license, and in Oct.  2009  obtained my ABR Designation. In Dec. 2009 completed my GRI. So Country, Farm and Ranch is very special to me and has been all my life., once again averaging over 40,000 miles a year in my work and last 10 years have enjoyed being in  Real Estate.  What a treasure Real Estate has been.
